Application is simple and consists of four key stages:
Stage 1: Providing your business information.
We’ll ask you for basic information, including your:
- Business name, address and phone number
- Business iIndustry or business description e.g. retail
- Business type e.g. private company
- Business channels e.g. online
- Legal entity and registration details
- Contact details of an authorised controller of the business
Stage 2: Business verification and compliance.
We may require personal details and certain documents to conduct your identity and business verification. This typically includes:
- Proof of business registration
- Tax details
- Bank account information for settlements
Stage 3: Integration and setup
After your application is approved, our team will guide you on integrating Afterpay with your website or point-of-sale (POS) system/payment terminal. Integration methods will depend on your e-commerce platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or in-store POS systems.
Stage 4: Training and support
Once you’re live, we’ll share our resources and training hub. These tools support you and your team to understand how to manage Afterpay transactions, handle refunds, and support your customers.
