How do we update the bank account for payment settlements?

As a Shopify merchant using Cash App Afterpay, updating your bank account details for payment settlements is an important process to ensure that your payouts are directed to the correct bank account.

Action:

Please follow the below steps to update your bank account details:

1. Log into the Cash App Afterpay Business Hub
   1. Use a Hub Admin account to log in.
   2. If you need access to the Cash App Afterpay Business Hub, please reach out to your nominated Cash App Cash App Afterpay Hub Admin to grant you user access.
      
      
2. Navigate to Banking and settlement in the left hand panel
   1. On this page, you can review your bank account details to ensure they’re correct.
   2. If necessary, click on the Edit details button to prompt the Update bank account window.
   3. Follow all of the steps in this window until you’ve completed all of them.

If you need access to the Cash App Afterpay Business Hub, please reach out to your nominated Cash App Afterpay Hub Admin to grant you user access. If you do not have a nominated Cash App Afterpay Hub Admin, please follow the steps to gain access here.
